The Legend of Pony's: Ponyfied Link

Here's my version of a ponyfied Link Dang it! I was hoping this would keep me busy for a longer period of time!! I mean... I have nothing to do ._. I COULD work on requests...

I hate backgrounds. Can anyone give me tips on them? I usually do them first because if I do the character first the background never fits in.
